Instructions:

Mount base plate.
Attach spigot to base plate.
Insert hex key (included) and rotate until the Camlock engages to lock removable spigot pipe to base plate.
Remove hex key and store in safe place.

If using a concrete mounting surface, the concrete slab must be a minimum of 3" thick. If using a wood surface, all bolts should be secured to bearers.
